Facilities

St. Vladimir Institute is a multi-faceted cultural and student residence facility, centrally located in downtown Toronto. In addition to the student residence, the Institute has a cultural centre facility for its own programs. In addition to the student residence, St. Vladimir Institute has a cultural centre facility for its own programs. When not in use by in-house programs, these facilities are available for rental by the general public.

Two large auditoriums/banquet halls are suitable for receptions, meetings, exhibits, classrooms, exam rooms, etc. A number of smaller meeting rooms are also available.

Auditorium A

Used for: meetings, receptions, luncheons, dances, formal functions
• Air-conditioned
• Size: 50' x 30'
• Small raised stage
• Maximum capacity: 125 persons (banquets, etc.), 187 persons (meetings)
• Access to fully-equipped kitchen
• Public address system
• Bar facilities available
• Coat check in hallway
• Wheelchair accessible

Auditorium B

• Used for: meetings, receptions, luncheons, dances, formal functions
• Air-conditioned
• Size: 75' x 35'; divisible into three sections
• Maximum capacity: 220 persons (banquets, etc.), 328 persons (meetings)
• Access to fully-equipped kitchen
• Public address system
• Bar facilities available
• Coat check in hallway
• Wheelchair accessible

Boardroom

•Used for: small meetings, arts and crafts workshops
• Accommodates maximum 20 persons
• Wheelchair accessible
• Portable Data Projector (LCD)

Catering Services

In-house catering offers a full range of services, including:
• Family banquets
• Religious celebrations
• Plated and buffet breakfasts, lunches or dinners
• Holiday parties
• Office parties
• Cocktail receptions
• Business meetings

Bring-your-own 'Outside Caterer' is allowed, subject to the terms and conditions of our Out-Catering Agreement.
