Application for residency can be made by filling out the Application for Admission to Residence form and sending it electronically via Internet. The application fee must be mailed separately. Your application will not be fully processed without the receipt of the application fee except that your tentative application will reserve a room for one week.
You may also choose to download the Application for Admission to Residence page, complete the information and mail along with your application fee.
St. Vladimir Institute will send you the Student Resident Handbook and Agreement for Accommodation for your signature. The application will be finalized on receipt of this form.
The form will be used by St. Vladimir Institute for resident application purposes only. At all times we will maintain confidentiality and protect your information.
