It's a male/female student residence for students pursuing post-secondary education and training.
It's the ultimate off-campus location - centrally located adjacent to University of Toronto, St. George Campus classrooms, library and athletic facility.
It's a recently renovated facility which offers:

- Recreation and community areas;
- 46 furnished, single occupancy rooms;
- Onsite kitchen and inhouse dining room;
- 2 floors for males and 1 floor for females
- Spacious, quiet and clean living environment;
- Choice of room sizes:
Regular room - 8 1/2 ft x 15 1/2 ft
Large room - 13 ft x 16 ft
Suite - 12 1/2 ft x 25 ft
Suites (extra large rooms) have washrooms.
It's a no-hassle option of finding off-campus accommodation.
