SVI has rented out its facilities to many organizations and groups seeking space for annual meetings, exam space, auditions, rehearsal space, and special events.

SVI Theatre has become a popular performance and rehearsal space in the heart of downtown Toronto. The theatre can also be used for film screenings, lectures, meetings, and special exhibits.
